Robert W. “Bob” Cartwright
President
Our “Handgrown. Handled with care.” customer promise is a personal commitment for Bob. He has been leading our efforts since 1980 making sure that growing, shipping, and customer relations meet Ran-Pro’s exacting standards. Bob inspires the whole team with his personal involvement to make sure you receive the highest quality plant on every order.
Recognizing that industry involvement is vital to the overall success of the nursery and landscape business, Bob actively participates in key associations, and currently serves as the Chairman-elect of the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association.

Clark Springfield
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Creating resources to help you grow your business is Clark’s passion. He guides Ran-Pro’s sales and marketing activities, and brings over 25 years experience in helping retailers develop their business through sales training, marketing, and merchandising advice. He has served on the National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA) Board of Directors and is past president of the Southwest NAMA chapter.
As a graduate of Texas A&M University with degrees in Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Finance, and Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communications, Clark has the right balance of current thought leadership and practical experience to help your sales and marketing efforts.
Richard Cartwright
Vice President, Customer Relations and Communications
We recognize you need more than great plants to grow your business. After directing our sales and marketing activities since 1987, Richard is now utilizing his in-depth knowledge and experience to lead our growing customer relations and communications efforts. His goal is to provide you with practical resources that you can use to achieve retail success.
Prior to joining Ran-Pro, Richard was involved in industrial sales and with his own real estate marketing company. He understands the challenges of sales and running your own business. Richard is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University where he majored in Marketing and Real Estate Finance.

Susan Pritchett
Customer Service Representative
Developing a personal relationship with each of our customers means that a real person will answer our telephone when you call Ran-Pro during business hours. Susan is often the first person you speak to when you call. She’ll get you to the right person to take care of your needs. With many years of office management experience, Susan assists with order input to insure accuracy and calls you to let you know when your order is shipping.
Mary Valdez
Customer Service Representative and Information Technology Support
Our promise is to deliver the right products - on time, every time. With more than 26 years of nursery industry experience, Mary understands your shipping needs. She is responsible for locating, contracting, and scheduling the many trucks needed to deliver Ran-Pro’s products.
Mary also plays a vital role in managing the use of information technology to fulfill Ran-Pro’s goal of providing you the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Marie Cartwright
Customer Service Representative and Logistics Coordinator
We want to earn your trust and your business. This means invoicing the right products at the right price. Marie is responsible for managing inventory availability, verifying the correctness of every shipment, and assuring the accuracy of each invoice. She makes sure that the details are covered.
Marie works diligently to make your every experience with Ran-Pro as easy as possible so that you can spend your time focusing on the success of your business.
Regina Winkles
Business Manager and Systems Administrator
We are committed to managing our business in an economically sustainable manner so that we can serve our customers for many years to come. Regina manages the nitty-gritty financial details and takes care of all accounting and finance issues so that the rest of the team can do the fun work of serving customers and growing great plants.
Regina also makes sure that we comply with the ever-changing government regulation paperwork requirements and she is the administrator of our computer systems. Regina graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Tyler.

Andres Mendoza
Production Manager
Our retail-ready promise starts with growing great plants. Andres joined Ran-Pro in 1980 and has worked closely with Bob Cartwright since that time to ensure that the products we produce meets Ran-Pro’s exacting standards.
Andres personally inspects our plants and directs their cultivation throughout the growing process, rejecting any plant that does not meet Ran-Pro’s rigid selection guidelines. Andres’ commitment to quality is evident in every plant you receive from us.
Bill Ayers
Horticulturalist
Producing plants that are healthy, and free of pests and disease requires production knowledge and nursery experience. With more than 30 years experience in landscaping and managing production in the nursery industry, Bill serves a vital role in ensuring that our plants are high quality and retail-ready when you receive them. He maintains a vigilant focus on our pest and disease program, propagation, and general production.
Bill is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Horticulture.
